50 ml of artisanal gin from Quebec
40 ml of bitter Sével
30 ml of soft Sével
Maple syrup to taste
Ice cream
Garnish with sea buckthorn or fresh strawberries to serve
Add all ingredients, ideally to a shaker, or a tall glass. Shake for 20 seconds, until the shaker is well-frosted. Strain the mixture into a tumbler glass, add fresh ice cubes, and garnish.
