Infused syrups
Invite the forest to your plate with these finishing syrups, with aromas of conifers, chaga mushroom or smoke.
Pure maple syrup, conifer infusion
Conifers bring a discreet freshness to maple syrup with menthol notes. To enhance the taste of a refined gravlax or a simple natural yoghurt.
Pure maple syrup, chaga infusion
The chaga brings a slight bitterness and a length in the mouth to the maple syrup. Try it on a crème brûlée or in a coffee.
Pure maple syrup, smoked
The umami touch of smoked maple syrup echoes the Asian sweet-salty taste. To try for your beef tatakis, or to enhance your onion confit in a subtle way.
Pure maple syrup, reserve
Authentic and without assembly, each bottle contains one of the best syrups of each of our sugar seasons. Our vintages make it possible to grasp the subtleties specific to each pour of maple syrup, throughout the season.
