The range of Natural Sparkling Wines from La ferme du loup are produced from the fermentation of maple syrup. They are without sulphites, finings or filtration. A maceration of fruits and flowers from our region gives it a mature and balanced structure that will please the finest palates.
Its bouquet is fine with floral notes with light citrus notes.
